I don't have any expreince witht hat program, but I've heard that Adobe's LiveMotion produces Flash-quality .swf files with a much shorter learning curve than actual 'brand-name' Flash.

Of course, LM's learning curve may only be shorter than Flash for those who already know the 'standard' Adobe interface (through PhotoShop, usually), because it is supposed to be a very typically Adobe program.
