I use Studio DC10 [theallwoods.co.uk] to edit and format my video files. It will crunch a 30meg .avi file into a 700kb .exe file. Takes about 2 minutes to load on a slow modem. Since it's an executable file it renders the video faster without much loss in photo quality.
