Knighty - the right click was what I must had done for a similar idea about 18 months ago, but when I checked that page I must have changed it....can't think why.
I need to keep it as fool proof as possible :) hence a nice simple word file that then has to have the contents of a frame customised. I realise that if this was something being exchanged amongst "computer" people then other options exist. I just need a click and go solution that an "85year old" can follow.
