It is more difficult to achieve good rankings on search engines whith hotel, travel and vacation related sites. The competition is fierce in this erea. You should check your rankings on SE, if your are listed between 31 and 40, you have already lost more than 90% of the audience. If I take only my Yahoo visitors, roughly 60% of them use regional listing filtering process and the rest go directly to the search box.
