Ya, I do agree it would be very, very unlikely imho to see the Yahoo! directory replace the ODP at Google.

Especially since the ODP is so much larger...and has a lot more non commercial content. If google has the odp where it is because it's a fantastic resource, then it's not going anywhere unless Y! gives 'em something nice :)

And since so much of Google is intertwined now on the Yahoo search, I don't see Yahoo going anywhere else for that contract.
