Hi I am new to SEO

My client site is banned in yahoo,when i checked web.archieve.org with my domain name i found that the site has having spamming done in tiny font at footer of its home page and yahoo has penalized it now after such a long time of almost 1 year....

The best part is that google has crawled more than 3000 pages does it mean that G has ignored this tiny font or hidden text spamming... or should i wait to penalized by google in future.....

now what should i do to come out from Yahoo Banned issue... Guide me ...
