I have a domain that appeared yesterday back on the first 10 spots for its keyword. However my main site is still banned or have a indexing problem.

For site:www.domain.com I get only the root indexed with title and description and the rest are only URLs and 6 months old titles. Also from 130 pages I have only 30 listed.
What is happening?
