A quick spot check of some major tourist destinations shows the new top 30 SERPs have deteriorated; they are completely missing several of the largest, most established destination-specific sites.

Aside from one legitimate site, they are only showing spam/fluff, along with two of yahoo's own sections, wikipedia, an article from the bbc, the page from the cia world fact book, etc.

I don't think Yahoo would be happy if they were to actually look at these result sets.

I get the feeling that whatever they are trying to do, it's blowing up in their face.
