They have always had a redirect server handle the clicks in the directory to go to the individual sites, but PageRank has always been passed. It seems this has ceased?
What is interesting is Yahoo! lost more than 400,000 links between the TBPR Update, however their PageRank for dir.yahoo.com when up a point. Seems clear they are "funneling" PageRank for their own intents and purposes.
