There is definitely a problem with [siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com....] It was completely in accessible for about a week. That problem was repaired the second week of October.

Now the new problem is that the service only returns 50 results. This is consistent both via the public URL (http://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com) and the web services API URL: (http://search.yahooapis.com/SiteExplorerService/V1/inlinkData/)

Even for www.microsoft.com, the results show 50 results. This is really terrible. I hope they fix it soon.
