I also have a website that is way too popular in every search engine except Yahoo due to a ban. Wrote several times to them and without anyone visiting the website (and noticing the changes), all I get is an identical canned response every single time. Yahoo is so broken, it is incredible. No wonder they are losing the race to Google.
