A new site that I launched a couple months ago want straight to #1 in Yahoo! this update for the main phrase (albeit lightly competitive). It's just a small hobbyist thing but I paid close attention to titles, headers meta tags, internal links and keywords. I even tried to theme it a bit – although there’s only so much you can do with five pages. It only has a few incoming links but they’re good ones. The site has been indexed by G but is nowhere to be seen in their SERPs, eg. is not in the top 100. Just shows to go you (or me at least) what importance G puts on those incoming links.
