I have no such cgi links and my site gets spidered regularly by Yahoo slurp, it even updates my index page but does not index anything else, nothing except the Yahoo directory pages that have been in Yahoo for 5 years - their choice at the time not my submission.

I wouldn't have thought those pages would have been picked if there had been anything questionable about the site, itself.
