I think human review is required then the sites will get respidered. I noticed that with my site when Yahoo corrected the problem it instantly was spidered and regained its rankings. Now that the problem has happened again Yahoo's Inktomi spider doesn't visit. However, AltaVista's does. Check you weblogs and see if this is the case for you too.
