2 much I also think its a KIND of penalty, but I must admit I just can see where some those sites have done anything wrong and internal links can not bee it, I as a user likes when there are a lot of linking on the site so you quickly can move around on the site.

Its just one thing why are so many of those that has got this part ban also been a member of a yahoo including program.
