Yahoo reps have publicly stated that they don't want Affiliate sites in their index...it's a fact.

You can have other VERY useful content...it doesn't matter.

Yahoo apparently handpicks a few sites to allow them to remain in the index, usually large sites (with legal teams) the others...bye bye.

As far as fairness...no it isn't fair. In most cases it's the small sites owned by individuals that are getting burned.
But since they're not a public entity.. they don't have be fair.
