I most certainly WAS banned. I was even told so. There were two instances of my homepage and nothing else, going down from 5000 pages two months earlier.

When I asked why 5000 had become 2, I was told the site was under a penalty and was given the URL of a page which described something akin to Yahoo's "good site" expectations list.
