Good luck contacting Yahoo. I did this last year by sending an email to webmasterworldfeedback@yahoo.com

After about 1 month of me trading emails with Yahoo I was left in the same situation as when I started. They told me that my site was not penalized but they would not offer an explanation as to why my site does not rank.

I hardly get any traffic from Yahoo and MSN as a consequence. My site ranks very well in Google so I don't know why it doesn't in Yahoo.
