Typically, if you have good rankings on Google, your rankings on Yahoo will not be good, and vice versa b/c their algorithms are set up in two totally different fashions. Other then expereinced, large companies that have masterd the SEO world, it is fairly difficult to achieve good ranks on both at least in my industry. If you are currenlty placed well in Google, I would be content, based on the fact you will most likely recieve a lot more traffic from that good Google rank than you would with the same (or perhaps even better) Yahoo rank based on Googles current domination of the search world.
