Page is a not externally linkable

The original site, new doman is now appearing the top ten for "red widgits location" BUT it appears as: [mycompany.com.hostingcompany.com...] This is SO frustrating...how do I get it fixed?
Now I am REALLY confused. The URL for the site for my 2nd company which first appeared only as secondcompany.com is now displayed correctly in Yahoo. I has been appeared as number one for "blue widgits location"
