Actually I got a response. It said:

essentially, your site has been reviewed and its treatment in the Yahoo! index is appropriate.

OK, that's fine. But my question is why is my site treated this way? Even if I am at fault and will never be reinstated, it would be nice to know how I have transgressed so i learn and don't make the same mistake twice.
