Page is a not externally linkable

The pages are still indexed, but they are just not ranking at all anymore. Has anyone else seen that same issue with geographically targeted pages? Marc
I think Sean might be on to something. We had a site with lots of targeted geographically based pages that all disappeared from the rankings.
