In fact an site I reported for days ago, has OCS=188176 but shows up in serps, actualizing the index will thell if that number of OCS means excluding. If you check for http:www.yahoo.com and google.com you will se they have an OCS with another number, suposed that number means authority site... webmasterworld donīt ave any OCS. SS as far as I seen meens that site is in directory. Well there are diferent OCS, all penalized sites Iīve seen has the same OCS=188176.

I think R=4 means that my site was 4th on the list, if so, oh my god, in google I donīt think anybody finds my site with such keywords without mention the city.
