i Believe the most disturbing part of it all is that these are lifetime penalties as far anyone can tell since Yahoo have made it clear an appeal process is needed to get a site back in. A lifetime penalty for a subjective view as to what they look for in a site and the parameters they use to bin it. So far the list has gone from INK to Yahoo imagine the next player picking up the same ball and running with it.
