I think about 5% of spam reports are actually looked at within a 3 month time frame. It's a clever spam report idea..

.. however, three issues:

a) I am sure the TOS will be that you must own / control the web page.

You may find that you will be unable to utilize SiteMatch for your own websites if you contravene TOS. If you have all sorts of credit cards, well, I am sure you will run out sooner rather than later.

b) Probably yahoo might just tell them to fix there spam. This may be or might not be so good for you.

c) they probably won't get dropped upon credit card termination if the free crawl had already found them, that's what I have heard repeated clearly a few times.
