I should have added that Yahoo NEVER said they were replacing Google search results with Inktomi's. They just said they were dropping Google. So I do not see how Yahoo mislead people into the Inktomi 'pay for inclusion' on the undertsanding this would eventually get them into Yahoo - this is not what was contracted for.
