This is a complex question. One of the big differences between the 2 is that Google SERPs weight off page factors more. Particularly anchor text. First thing I'd suggest is that you look at your on page content, in particularly solid keyword density, for that SERP. While with Google lots of the right anchor text can shoot a site to the top, even if the search term doesn't appear at all on the page, it tends to be hard to do well on Ink without having decent keyword density.
