Page is a not externally linkable

I have never seen this before. I don't want to post the search term because I think that is a violation of the local TOS. Has anyone else seen this... btw, this is for yahoo.com NOT yahoo.au or some country level domain.
A friend of mine asked me "Is Yahoo not using google anymore?". I checked out what he was saying and was amazed to see google results not starting until result #16!
