We once had an internet cafe and used NTL, everything went to pot....eventually we went live.

We ended up shutting the doors, but NTL sent me the wrong invoices for 12 months and even tried to take us to court. I said I'd pay if they could ever sort out the bills...they never did and finally just gave up.

If they can't collect from someone who wants to pay....I hate to see their support.
