Hey, when did the overture listings on the right side of Yahoo turn Yellow?

Is this new, or have I just been missing it? Maybe it's because I don't usually maximize my browser.

Which brings up something I really hate about Yahoo. It sucks that I can't see the overture listings on the right unless I totally maximize my browser screen.
