Yes,

Creating page on Facebook, and account on twitter and blog is good practice but they don't have any value if no-one visit your page on facebook or no-one follow you on twitter or no-one subscribe your blog feeds.

these all work well If you continue working on it. You should post recent update on facebook, twitter as well as blog.
