Since May I deposited like $1500 pesos ($150 usd), to my ppc account on yahoo.mx.
After a lot of emails, they told me,that I need a new account, with the same ads and keywords, etc. This is because, I can only have one account for the payment type, If i pay with credit card, I need one, If I make a direct deposit, I need another accout, etc.
It is suppose they will create my new accout, and transfer evrything, but Its been four months, and they dont even reply my mails, and I think the money is lost already, and theres nobody to ask for a refund.
What can I do with this kind of customer service?
Are this the kind of reasond why yahoo is loosing customers?
Is is possible to sen the report to yahoo usa?
