Today I want to sign up a yahoo search marketing account but after I fill out all required information such as keyword, ad text, daily spending limit and then click "Activate Now", there is a dialogue box appearing: The content you have requested is currently unavailable. Please try again later, or contact customer service. Who can please tell me why? Why can't I sign up yahoo serach marketing?
