YahooPete -- the state and city targeting are an improvement but you can't combine targeting efforts. In many cases we can take whole metro areas but if we do that then we can't combine, metro, city and state or any combination thereof. If you are going to offer geo wouldn't it make sense to allow you to combine them. Also when you have large national campaigns, you need a much larger number of targets available.
