I also have been a 6-figure advertiser for over 4 years and have witnessed the exact same thing. Yahoo's last chance to make this work is to scrap all of their syndicated traffic and go back to delivering high quality clicks. Once they do this, the advertisers will come back. I'm guessing they're contractually bound to many of their syndication partners and can't clean house easily, either that, or top Yahoo Management just doesn't get it.
