Pete, while I think the Traffic Quality Center is a good idea, I think it is a much better idea to allow the advertisers the ability to only buy traffic from just Yahoo!

We waste lots of time filing click reports and dealing with your quality control staff just to receive a "good faith" refund on clicks that we should have never been charged for in the first place.

Instead of increasing our spend at Yahoo! we spend all the money at Google, where we have better control of where our ads are displayed.
