Yeah, we requested the early upgrade, thinking it was going to help things. We were also using Yahoo's Search Optimizer tracking/analytics program, which got rolled into Panama's interface. Let me say it has been nothing but a headache. We were forced to turn it off completely because the account transfer messed up things so bad. We then had to delete all keywords, & are now trying to do a mass-upload, which doesn't & hasn't worked. When you call the customer support number the staff all seems to have very limited training w/ the new interface & seem to know less than I do. Word to the wise, hold off switching over to the Panama system as long as you can until they either force you to or until they work out all the bugs & get their support up-to-speed.
