It's not like ad prices are going down right now for banners & things like that. Yahoo! must not be delivering the right audience, the right targeting options or the right ROI for whatever products they do offer. We spend a ton on media for a variety of clients but next to nothing on Yahoo! Advertising.com & behavioural networks, regional and newspaper sites, specialty sites, AdWords & other media verticals get lots of the cash. Maybe when big brands start spending more on branding, Yahoo! will start to rake in the cash unless they are just to general and mediocre to attract the ad dollars. The search platform definitely needs a ton of work as well.
