We are aware of the problem - it's a server issue and have no idea when it will be fixed. We are working on it as it is a priority for us. They also mentioned that this is not the first time it occurs.

For what it is worth I think that the positions shown in the view bids tool is correct. I have checked a couple on Yahoo! & MSN and they seem to match up. However, if the figures are wrong in the DTC itself I cannot see at a glance which position a keyword is in!
