ok...checked it out a bit more.

I am pretty positive that Terra Lycos.com and SE division is owned by Spanish Terra Lycos et al (and soon Daum) and Lycos Korea is wholly owned by SK. IE: Lycos is going to the chop shop to be sold for parts. Ironically, the one part that no one seems to care about is the SE. lol

So the REAL 1to1 competetive lineup and future landscape in this scenario goes:
