If this were a widely known flaw then it would likely be shut down very quickly.
If a tool like this did exist it would be very black-hat, and its existence would probably be a closely guarded secret. If the name of such a product were made public on a public forum like this then you'd see more abuse of this and the loophole would shortly be closed, erasing any value. So people who know about gaming a major search engine's spider aren't likely to post anything out in the public.
There are plenty of software and SEO claims that say they can get you to the top of any search engine. All of them that I have looked into are scams.
