As I known, there are no good local Enlish PPC, Directory and Search Engine.

english.sina.com is powered by asia-links.com, their data is not from www.sian.com in Chinese. what's more, there are a few people to use it, in fact most of Chinese surfers don't know it at all.

If your target market is at China, in my idea, the following maybe is your choice, because they are poplar in China.
