Good grief, with all the computing power in Asia it wouldn't be very difficult to build a program that could handle multiple applications with the press of a button.

I presume that everyone who has applied for names had to go through the same process as myself therefore why is it so difficult to confirm single application names?

Jobsworth, jobsworth, jobsworth...oh I forgot, is this some left-over Empirical paperwork teaching or maybe it's Indian railways running the darned thing?
