The Chinese directory FAQ is here:

    It seems like they're showing pages in accordance with their popularity in the Google index. I'm still not completely clear on how everything works, but it's definitely a bit more than just a page of links.

    The FAQ do confirm that this service is only in Chinese now, but that it may expand to other languages in the future.
