I think that, as with any domain, the value is what someone is prepared to pay for it, assuming of course that price equals or exceeds your minimum sale price. Dictionary domains may attract a premium, but that would also be affected by whether that domain would be of any value to the local market, or whether it could overcome any prejudice to a local domain on the international market.

Obtaining an accurate value for a domain is a tricky process, something of course not done here on WebmasterWorld. There are some appraisal services available, themselves of varied value depending on whose opinion you solicit. Perhaps a read through some of the Valuing threads in the Domain forum might be of assitance.
