Short and sweet is how i would do it. Dear sirs/whoever Thank you so much for your generous offer of fusing our commercial interests together. Unfortuently I am unabale to accept your kind offer at the moment but would be very interested to hear about any other ideas in the near future lots of hugs and kisses RCJ well i spose you could chnge the last bit ;)
