For me the start of a new year calls for a more strategic plan. I am looking to get some ideas on how to compile a solid business plan for Web development/design. I do contract work for a larger company at the moment --> Is it feasible to include aspects of the company within my business plan or strictly stick to my services (we work on promoting services together). Also, the fact that I'm a contractor --> would this change how my plan is written?
