In general is there any formula on how to charge for web development?
Very basic: (R * T) + O
R= value of your time
T= time it takes to complete
Depending on competition and going rates in your area, you may need to make R less than what you think your worth or cut O to the bare bones. On the other hand, if you've established a great brand with an excellent reputation, you can increase R & O accordingly.
For T, don't forget to factor in the time you spend communicating with the client and waiting for deliverables (content, graphics, etc.),
