The problem is that many would then probably argue, "Oh no, that money was made in Cyberspace, not in your country. I don't need to pay taxes on that money!"
A lot of people are escapist when it comes to tax. You'll be surprised at the outrageous tax shelters they use but eventually no one can wish away death and taxes :)
