---- Brokers to Help Sell a Website with Focus Outside of North America

Yahoo had their equivalent of adsense ..( it was always "going to spread from being USA only, eventually"..it never did..it is now gone, even from the USA.

Many of us were on the web long before Google ..and thus long before adsense .. things change..

I'm not making any reflection upon your site , I don't know it, but ethical etc is no guarantee, not for your site, nor my adsense ones , nor those of anyone else..

Any site which is solely designed to sell adsense or aff ads has it's business model built upon the existence of others whose actions or existence it does not control.

If they change, and as a result of that it has no income ..it then has no assets ..no way for the buyer to recover any of their money ..

A B&M ..has stock which can be sold off ..or office furniture, or photocopiers etc etc ..even the bare shelves are worth something however small ..an adsense or aff site ( with no direct ad sales customers ) without an adsense or aff deal is worth nothing ..so it is a bigger risk ..and thus is worth a lower multiple of earnings than a B&M..

No one knows if any individual site will have adsense on it next month ..not even Sergey or Larry ..totally white hat sites can get taken out ..and the Google feedback system for reinstatement to adsense is famous only for it's deafness..

You wanted to know "why?" ..that is "why?"..

That said ..I wish you luck with your sale..:-)

Btw ..you didn't mention the language of your site ..English or Arabic ? ..English is going to be easier to sell anyway..( more "mature" buyers market )..but bi-lingual or tri-lingual would be possibly even easier to sell ..especially to a "local market".
